1. Welcome to Digital Learning

We are thrilled to have you join our community of learners. At LearnWithUs, our primary goal is to ensure you can begin your creative journey immediately, without any frustrating delays. Because our educational platform specializes entirely in digital content, you never have to wait for physical shipping. This detailed delivery policy explains exactly how you will securely receive your course materials the moment you complete a purchase.

2. Instant Digital Access

All of our educational products—including our comprehensive courses on Anime Character Design, Character Anatomy, Costume Styling, and Creature Design—are 100% digital. We do not manufacture or ship physical books, DVDs, or printed materials to your postal address. Your entire learning experience happens online through our modern educational platform.

3. The Delivery Process

We have designed our delivery system to be seamless and automatic. Once your payment has been successfully processed through our secure gateway, the delivery process begins instantly:

  • An automated email confirmation is immediately generated by our system
  • This email is sent directly to the exact email address you provided during the checkout process
  • The email contains your unique, secure access links and any necessary instructions to begin viewing your educational content

4. Email Delivery Timeframes

Under normal circumstances, you should receive your access email within 3 to 5 minutes of your successful transaction. During periods of high server volume, or depending on the strictness of your personal email provider's spam filters, it may occasionally take slightly longer. If your transaction was flagged for a routine security review by your bank, delivery will occur automatically the exact moment the funds clear.

5. What to Expect in Your Welcome Email

Your delivery email is an important document. Inside, you will find your official receipt, your Order ID for your records, and a clearly marked button or link to access your learning dashboard. We highly recommend saving or flagging this email so you can easily reference your order details in the future if you need to contact our support team.

6. Access Duration Limits

It is very important to note that our courses are designed to be completed within a focused timeframe, and you do not have lifetime access to the materials. From the exact moment the delivery email is sent to you, a strict two-week (14 days) access timer begins. You must view, study, and complete the digital course materials within this two-week window before your access link automatically expires. We encourage you to start learning as soon as you receive your email!

7. Recommended Technical Setup

To ensure a smooth delivery and learning experience, we recommend accessing our platform using a modern web browser (such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) on a laptop, desktop, or modern tablet. A stable, high-speed internet connection is highly recommended for streaming our high-quality video lessons without buffering interruptions.

8. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues

If you are excited to start learning but have not received your course access email within a few hours of purchase, please take the following steps to resolve the issue quickly:

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders, as automated educational emails are sometimes accidentally filtered by email providers
  • Verify that the payment actually cleared on your bank or credit card statement
  • Ensure you did not accidentally make a typo when entering your email address at checkout (this is the most common reason for delivery failure!)
